Company History

Intrinsic Materials Corporation began its operations in 2009 and was incorporated in August 2015. Intrinsic moved into its current manufacturing facility in Rapid City, SD on June 27, 2016. Jeff Barnes serves as the company President and is a founding member of Intrinsic. The staff includes chemists and engineers who have years of experience in carbon research and development relevant to their field of expertise.
